Staff Counselor

Background

Rainisha earned her master’s degree in counseling from Harding University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with roughly a decade of experience treating a broad range of psychological conditions. She combines various evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Truth-Based Relational Intervention, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Critical Incident Stress Management. Rainisha approaches individuals and families from a strength-based holistic perspective, focusing on practical interventions and development of effective coping strategies to address issues surrounding addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and adjustments to changing life circumstances. Rainisha creates and maintains a safe and compassionate therapeutic space for her clients, allowing for productive collaboration and facilitation of personal development and sustained growth throughout the journey of the healing process.
