Staff Counselor

Background

Rainisha earned her master’s degree in counseling from Harding University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with roughly a decade of experience treating a broad range of psychological conditions. She combines various evidence-based treatment modalities in her care approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Truth-Based Relational Intervention, and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT). Rainisha approaches individuals and families from a strength-based wholistic perspective, focusing on practical interventions and development of effective coping strategies to address issues surrounding addiction, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and adjustment disorders. Rainisha creates a safe and compassionate therapeutic space for her clients, allowing for productive collaboration and facilitation of personal development and sustained growth throughout their care journey.
